沙柳苯酚液化工艺及其结构表征

摘要:为了进一步研究沙柳材苯酚液化的最佳制备工艺,以苯酚为液化剂,稀硫酸为催化剂,对沙柳进行液化实验,研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、液比和反应时间对液化率的影响,并且借助FTIR技术分析了沙柳及其液化产物的成分。结果表明,对沙柳苯酚液化影响最大的因素是液比,其次是反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间;沙柳苯酚液化较适宜的试验条件是:液比7:1,反应温度160℃,硫酸质量分数10%,反应时间120min。沙柳木粉液化后,红外谱图上出现了新的特征峰,说明木粉中化学组分的分子结构发生了变化,形成了更多的官能团。

Liquefaction of Salix Liquefaction of Salix in the Presence of Phenol and Structure Characterization
Abstract:To phenol as a liquid agent, sulfuric acid as a catalyst for Salix liquefaction, the effects of reaction temperature、liquid ratio、reaction time and catalyst content on liquefaction were investigated. The results show, the liquid ratio has a greatest influence liquefaction process, the second one is reaction temperature, the third one is catalyst content and the last one is reaction time; the liquefaction process to obtain the best conditions: liquid ratio 7:1, temperature 160 ℃, 10% of catalyst, liquefaction time 120min. Moreover, Salix powder and liquefaction product were analyzed with FTIR, the results showed that Salix powder via liquefaction, the molecular structure of Salix powder take significant change, liquefaction product have more group than before reaction.
