疏水性丝素蛋白的制备及其性能研究

摘要:探讨了一种制备疏水性丝素蛋白的有效方法,即对水溶性丝素蛋白进行湿空气诱导,并对制得的疏水丝素样品进行了相关性能测定。拉伸应力可达800Kpa,最大拉伸应变可达40%。形态结构方面:正反两面、孔的大小较为均一,质地致密。得出水溶性丝素蛋白疏水诱导的本质是由于其在内部或外部条件作用下,分子链结构软化收缩,以氢键为主的次级键重新缔合而造成的,且所形成的构象以β-折叠构象为主。

Preparation and Characterization of hydrophobic silk fibroin
Abstract:The effective technology of preparation of hydrophobic silk fibroin was investigated. In this new technology, the water-soluble silk fibroin was processed using the moist air induction method, and also charactered its related performance. The tensile stress could reached 800Kpa and the maximum tensile strain reached 40%. The morphological structure of the hydrophobic silk fibroin was that the holes on both sides of the lyophilized sample were uniform and the sample texture was compact. The result showed that the essentials of the water-soluble silk fibroin induced into hydrophobic silk fibroin, in the internal and external condition, were caused by the softening and contraction of molecular chain structure and hydrogen bond-based subprime key associating again, and the conformation was beta folding primarily.
