关于激光退火缺陷型金属膜的研究与数值分析

摘要:本文是激光诱导缺陷衬底上金属膜,在微观上来改变退火金属膜结构,使其产生很好的诸如反射率等的光学等性质。而前人做过的关于激光退火金属膜的研究,大部分研究者都是比较规则的衬底上进行激光退火,而由此类方法得到的纳米颗粒的分布不太规则,而且大小差别较大。同时在本文中也建立了模型并预测了形成纳米颗粒的时间即从微观上分析说明了激光退火金属膜形成纳米颗粒的过程。

The numerical analysis and research of Laser annealing of defects on the metal film
Abstract:This paper is about laser induced on a defects substrate metal membrane, in microcosmic to change annealing metal membrane structure, make its produce good such as reflectance, optical properties.While previous done on laser annealing metal membrane research, most are regular substrate for laser annealing, and by such method to obtain the distributions of nanoparticles not rules, but also the size difference. At the same time this paper also establishes the model and predict the formation of nanoparticles of time from the micro analysis illustrates the laser annealing metal film formation process of nanometer particles.
