稻瘟病菌一个假定蛋白酶MoPAMO1基因的功能分析

摘要:对稻瘟病菌定殖过程中致病相关基因的功能研究有助于进一步揭示稻瘟病菌的致病机理。本论文通过生物信息学和分子遗传学方法对稻瘟病菌MoPAMO1的功能进行了分析。结果显示,MoPAMO1编码一个假定的苯基丙酮单加氧酶,该基因在病菌侵染过程中被诱导表达,其缺失突变体的产孢量减少,但生长速度和致病性与野生型相比没有显著差异。表明该基因参与了稻瘟病茵的产孢过程,但由于存在另外一个可能的功能冗余基因,因此该基因与病菌营养生长和致病性的关系尚无法明确。本研究为进一步揭示MoPAMO1的生物学功能奠定了基础。

Functional analysis of a putative protease gene MoPAMO1 in Magnaporthe oryzae
Abstract:Functional analysis of the pathogencity-related genes during the colonization process of rice blast fungus Magnaporthe oryzae will contribute to uncovering its molecular pathogenesis . In this study, the function of MoPAMO1 in M. oryzae was analyzed through bioinformatics and molecular genetics. The results showed that MoPAMO1 encoded a putative phenylacetone monooxygenase, and its expression was induced in the infection process of M. oryzae. MoPAMO1 deletion mutants displayed slightly reduced conidiation, while the vegetative growth and patheogencity showed as normal as the wild type strain.Our results indicated that MoPAMO1 was involved in conidiation of M. oryzae, and its relationship with vegetative growth and pathogenicity was still undefined since there might be another gene with redundant function.. Our research established a foundation for further clarifying the biological function of MoPAMO1.
