摘要:促销作为一种重要的手段,在大型连锁超市的经营中得到了广泛运用。本文从消费者行为角度出发,通过分析影响消费者行为的内在和外在因素,在超市消费者行为特点的基础上提出了超市应该选择促销组合策略,合理安排促销时间,注重多渠道发布促销信息和营造良好购物环境等促销建议。

Enlightment in Supermarket Promotion under Perspective of Consumer Behavior
Abstract: Promotion is an important method in large supermarket. This paper analyzed consumer behavior and its impact factors from the internal and external perspectives. Based on supermarket consumer characteristics, this paper finally put forward supermarket promotion strategies, including marketing mix strategy, reasonable arrangement of promotion time, multi-channel promotion information release and the construction of the good shopping environment.
