硅酸钠后处理对钢铁镀锌铈盐转化膜耐蚀性的影响

摘要:钢铁镀锌铈盐转化膜经硅酸钠溶液封闭处理后,试片的耐中性盐雾腐蚀时间从封闭前的24h提高到72h。扫描电镜分析测试结果表明,硅酸钠溶液封闭处理后铈盐转化膜表面的裂纹消失,形成了连续完整的复合膜;试片的腐蚀电流密度从单一铈盐转化膜的4.64μA/cm2下降到了复合膜的1.51μA/cm2。

Effect of post-sealing with sodium silicate on the anti-corrosion of cerium conversion coating on electrogalvanized steel
Abstract:After sealing with sodium silicate solution,the neutral salt spray time of cerium conversion coating on electrogalvanized steel was increased from 24h before sealing to 72h after sealing. The investigation from scanning electronic microscopy showed that the microcracks of cerium conversion coating disappeared and a continuous composite coating was formed on the surface of electrogalvanized steel after sealing. The corrosion current density was decreased from 4.64μA/cm2 of cerium conversion coating to 1.51μA/cm2 of composite film.
