精密阵列光栅角偏对光斑位置影响研究

摘要:针对大口径精密阵列光栅的稳定性问题,本文从光栅方程的最普遍形式出发,建立了光栅不同方向的角度偏转对光斑位移分量影响的数学模型,得出绕母线方向转动对光斑的位置影响最大的结论。将数学模型在零点一阶泰勒展开,获得了适用于小偏转情况下的线性模型,分析出了绕母线方向转动对光斑位移的影响是绕X轴方向转动的1.93倍。采用双支撑板型光栅拼接装置进行光路实验,对100秒内的光斑位置进行检测和计算,得知在相同试验条件下,光斑在X向的平均偏移量是Y向的1.79倍,与理论结果相差7%。

Research on influences of precision array grating angle deflection on spots position
Abstract:In view of the stability problems of large aperture array grating tiling device, the paper presents a mathematical model for the influences of array grating angle deflection on spot displacement components by using the common grating equation and result shows that the biggest impact factor comes from the angle rotated around the direction of grating generator. Linear model applicable to small angle deflection was derived by using first order Taylor expansion at zero point. It is analyzed that the effect of angle rotated around the direction of grating generator is 1.93 times of angle rotated around X axis. The light path experiment was carried out to detect and analyze the spot position in 100 seconds by means of double brace grating tiling device and it was concluded that spot displacement components offset in X axis is 1.79 times than Y axis, which is only 7%difference from the theoretical calculation.
