不同加载方式下混合配束节段预制箱梁受力性能试验研究

摘要:混合配束节段预制箱梁桥集体外、体内单独配束节段梁桥的优点于一身,近年来在一些大中型桥梁中备受青睐。不同加载方式下的此类梁桥的受力行为和破坏机理各不相同。本文依据某实桥箱梁尺寸按1:10缩尺浇筑模型,考查三分点和单侧1/4跨加载方式下,试件破坏全过程的试验研究。研究表明,无论何种加载方式,节段预制箱梁的最先破坏位置及主要裂缝发展轨迹线均在受力最薄弱节段间的接缝截面处。三分点加载梁体发生的是纯弯段多(塑性)铰屈服弯曲破坏;单侧1/4跨加载梁体是加载区域单铰屈服弯剪破坏,且伴随着大变形、节段错动现象。两者破坏过程同属延性破坏。

Experimental study of precast segmental bridge beams with hybrid tendons under different load mode
Abstract:Segmental prestressed concrete beams (SPCB) with hybrid tendons have been widely used in the construction of bridge structures because its combined excellent feature of internal and external tendons. Segmental bridges showed different force behavior and failure mode under different load mode. This paper presents a destructive experimental investigation of the specimens which was poured on the size of a real bridge with 1:10 scale under different load mode. It was concluded that the joints between the weakest segments appeared and developed cracks no matter what load mode. The specimen under 1/3 point loading was flexural failure while plastic hinges in pure bending section were yield. The specimen under concentrated loading of 1/4 span in one side was flexural and shear failure after the plastic hinge in load region was yield. It appeared gross deformation and relative movement among segments while the specimen was failure. And then two specimens were both belong to ductile fracture.
