沙柳液化产物发泡材料制备及其吸声性能研究

摘要:为了缓解目前矿物资源的紧张局面,拓展生物质材料的应用领域,提高其利用价值。本论文以沙柳为原料,以乙二醇为液化剂对沙柳进行液化实验,得到液态的沙柳乙二醇液化物,并对沙柳乙二醇液化产物进行发泡试验,初步研究了发泡时异氰酸酯用量,发泡剂用量及反应温度对发泡体性能的影响,得到以下结论:① 利用沙柳液化产物进行发泡材料的制备,以发泡体的密度为考察指标,得出沙柳乙二醇液化产物发泡材料制备的最佳工艺为:异氰酸酯用量为140%,发泡剂用量为6%,反应温度为100℃。在各影响因素中,对沙柳乙二醇液化物发泡体密度影响显著程度依次为:发泡剂用量>异氰酸酯用量>反应温度。②在最佳发泡工艺条件下制备了发泡材料,并对其吸声性能进行了研究。

Liquefaction of Salix psammophila and a preparative technique of foam material
Abstract:In order to release the deficient situation of mineral resources, expand the application area of biomass materials and enhance its using value, we carry out the research of the Salix psammophila liquefaction in phenol with acid as catalyzer Besides, this study researched the foaming technology of the liquefied Salix psammophila. Discussed the effect of foam factors on the capability of cellular foam which included filler, Foaming agent and temperature .The results are as follows:①Through the test of density of Salix psammophila Liquefaction resin foam, we got the better foaming technology condition: the dosage of filler is 140%,the dosage of foaming agent is 6%,the temperature is 100℃.For all the factors, the order of the effect significant degree for foam is: the dosage of foaming agent, the dosage of filler, temperature.②According to the foam process of the optimized conditions, make a group of foam material preparation, and determine its sound absorption performance.
