摘要:综述了烷基热[1,3]氧到碳重排反应的研究进展。介绍了对该类重排反应的机理和应用研究。目前的研究结果表明,乙烯基醚型底物的[1,3]重排反应主要是通过自由基机理进行的,而烯丙醚型底物的[1,3]重排反应是通过串联的构型翻转的O[1,3]-迁移和[3,3]-迁移的Claisen重排实现的。底物类型影响热[1,3]重排反应的机理和立体化学过程。对该类重排反应机理的深入研究可以提高该类反应在有机合成中的应用。

Thermal Alkyl [1,3] O-to-C rearrangement reactions
Abstract:The research progress on alkyl thermal [1,3] O-to-C rearrangements was reviewed. The studies on their mechanism and applications were introduced. The results indicate that substrates with vinyl ether structural feature prefer the radical mechanism, while those with allylic ether characteristics undergo predominantly a tandem O[1,3]-sigmatropic shift with a configuration inversion of the oxygen atom and [3,3]-sigmatropic Claisen rearrangement process. The structural feature of substrates controls the mechanism and stereochemistry of the [1,3] rearrangements. Detailed and thorough investigation on the mechanism of [1,3] rearrangements will improve their application in organic synthetic chemistry.
