百合粗多糖及其纯化组分理化性质研究

摘要:本文以百合粗多糖及纯化组分LLPS-1、LLPS-2和LLPS-3为原料,采用苯酚-硫酸法、考马斯亮蓝法、硫酸-咔唑法、氯化钡-明胶比色法分别测定百合粗多糖及纯化组分的总糖含量、蛋白质含量、糖醛酸含量及硫酸基含量。并用定性检测法对百合多糖及其纯化组分进行淀粉和酚类物质。结果表明:在粗多糖及纯化组分LLPS-1、LLPS-2和LLPS-3中,总糖含量分别是78.01%、97.40%、96.19%和79.69%;粗多糖中蛋白质含量是3.61%,而纯化百合多糖中不含蛋白质;糖醛酸含量分别是6.33%、14.83%、12.19%和37.34%;硫酸基含量分别是1.34%、0.55 %、0.43%和0.65%。定性检测表明:LLPS-1、LLPS-2和LLPS-3中不含有淀粉、酚类物质、蛋白质及核酸。

Research on crude lily polysaccharide and purified products
Abstract:In this paper, crude lily polysaccharide and its purified products LLPS-1, LLPS-2 and LLPS-3 were used materials. The contents of carbohydrate, protein, uronic acid and sulfuric radical in crude LLPS, LLPS-1, LLPS-2 and LLPS-3 were determined according to the reported methods of phenol - sulfuric acid coloration, coomassie brilliant blue coloration, sulfuric acid-carbazole coloration and barium chloride - gelatin coloration, respectively. The contents of carbohydrate were 78.01%, 97.40%, 96.19% and 79.69%; protein contents were 3.61% in crude polysaccharide; uronic acid contents were 6.33%, 14.83%, 12.19% and 37.34%; sulfuric radical contents were 1.34%, 0.55%, 0.43% and 0.65%, respectively. LLPS-1, LLPS 2 and LLPS-3 did not contain protein, starch and phenols.
