八氯二丙醚对蔬菜种子的发芽毒性研究

摘要:以5种蔬菜种子为实验对象,研究了八氯二丙醚对种子发芽率、根伸长影响,探讨其对种子发芽的生态毒性。不同蔬菜种子发芽对于八氯二丙醚生态毒性响应敏感性总体上为大白菜>芥菜>菜心>萝卜>小白菜,表明八氯二丙醚对蔬菜种子有生物毒性作用。八氯二丙醚对萝卜的根生长的抑制作用最明显,对芥菜、小白菜、菜心根生长有轻微抑制作用,对大白菜根生长基本没有抑制作用,这可能与土壤较强的缓冲能力有关。

Toxicity of Octachlorodipropyl ether on Vegetable Seed Germination
Abstract:The eco-toxicological effects of octachlorodipropyl ethers on the seed germination of 5 vegetables were investigated. The influence of microcystins on the seed germination rate, inhibition rate of root elongation were studied.Different vegetable seed germination for octachlorodipropyl ethers ecological toxicity response sensitivity is generally as Chinese cabbage >mustard> Brassica campestris > radish> Brassica chinensis, showed that octachlorodipropyl ethers has the biological toxicity of vegetable seeds. Octachlorodipropyl ethers on radish root growth inhibition is most obvious and slight root growth inhibition on Mustard, Brassica chinensis, Brassica campestris. For Chinese cabbage, octachlorodipropyl has basically no inhibitionethers on root growth , which may be associated with strong buffering capacity of soil.
