H9N2亚型禽流感分离株的HA和NA分子遗传进化分析

摘要:本研究对2011年分离的3株H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(AIV)的表面基因(HA和NA)进行了遗传进化分析。研究发现,此3株H9N2流感病毒的HA和NA基因属于BJ/94-like分支。对HA基因关键氨基酸位点分析发现,分离株HA裂解位点氨基酸序列均为PSRSSR/GL,符合低致病性禽流感病毒的特征,HA受体结合位点226位氨基酸为L,3株禽流感病毒分离株分别具有8-9个糖基化位点;所有分离株NA基因都存在氨基酸的缺失。该研究揭示了2011年H9N2流感病毒的HA和NA基因的分子遗传进化特征,为我国H9N2亚型流感的科学防控提供了理论依据。

Genetic analysis of Hemagglutinin and Neuraminidase gene of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses
Abstract:The Hemagglutinin(HA) and Neuraminidase(NA) gene of three H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses isolated from chickens in 2011 were genetically analyzed. The HA and NA gene of the three isolates belonged to BJ/94-like lineage. All of the viruses had a PSRSSR/GL motif at the cleavage site of HA, and they had L at the receptor binding site of the position 226 in HA, three strains of avian influenza virus isolates with 8-9glycosylation sites; It is notable that NA genes were all amino acid deleted.The study revealed molecular genetic features of HA and NA genes isolated in 2011 H9N2 influenza viruses, which provide referent data for the prevention and control of H9N2 avian influenza viruses.
