基于环路特性的机构位置的自动求解

摘要:提出一种基于环路特性的平面机构位置分析方法。2自由度可分离路障清除车及装载机的工作装置由两个或两个以上的环路构成,每给定一个输入,可将机构看作一个瞬时的桁架,每个环路都有确定的位置解,以matlab为工具,利用面向对象的程序设计方法,实现单个环路的位置分析的自动求解,利用每个机构中模块之间相互耦合的特性,实现整个机构的位置求解,文中提出的机构分析方法避免了求解复杂机构解析表达式的麻烦,简单直观、求解精度高。

The automatic solution to position analysis of mechanism based on loop characteristic
Abstract:A automatic solution to position analysis of planar mechanism based on loop characteristic is proposed. The working device of the rode tractor and loader with 2-DOF contains more than 2 loops . When the input is given, the mechanism can be viewed as an instantaneous girder. Each loop also has a definite position solution. Taking the matlab as a tool, the position solution of the single loop is realized with the method of object-oriented programming. Taking the single loop programed as modula, the position analysis of the whole mechanism is obtained due to the the coupling characteristic of the adjacent loops. The approach in the paper is not only straightforward and highly efficient ,but also has the advantage of avoiding to solve the complicated mechanism expression .
