油水乳状液液滴界面流变特性预测研究

摘要:油水乳状液的稳定性很大程度上取决于体系的界面流变特性,而这种流变特性与表面活性剂在油水界面上的吸附特性有关。通过引入适当的吸附模型,可以对乳状液体系的界面张力、界面扩张流变性质等加以研究和分析。本文以Span 80为表面活性剂,以D80 溶剂油为油相、去离子水为水相,利用实验方法得到了体系的界面特性,并将实验结果应用严格重排模型进行了比较分析,发现严格重排模型对于油-水分散液滴的界面特性具有较好的适用性。

Prediction of the Interfacial Rheological Properties of the Oil-Water Emulsion Droplet
Abstract:The stability of oil-water emulsions depends largely on the interfacial rheology properties, which has a relationship with the interfacial absorption characteristics of surfactants. By introducing the proper absorption isotherm, interfacial tension and interfacial rheological properties of emulsion droplet can be further studied. In this work, Span 80 is selected as the surfactant for Exxsol D80 oil-deionized water system. Interface properties of the dispersed droplet are determined experimentally, while further it is compared with the prediction of the most rigorous reorientation model. Results show that the model can represent the interface properties of the oil-water dispersion properly.
