摘要:本文利用金属材料在往复变形过程中流变应力不变的原理,提出了通过带膜和无膜试样屈服应力和流变应力差值法测量金属基底上塑性薄膜的力学性能(残余应力、屈服强度和应变硬化指数)的方法,并用有限元模拟检验了两种方法测量残余应力的一致性以及测量屈服强度和应变硬化指数的有效性。

A novel method to measure the mechanical properties in a corrosion film formed on metallic substrates II: Elastic-plastic film
Abstract:This paper theoretically proposed a series of formulae for a novel tensile testing method to extract the residual stress in the surface film on metallic substrates. Finite element calculations were conducted to verify the accuracy and reliability of the proposed formulae. From the tensile stress-strain curves of metallic substrates with and without a surface film, one can evaluate the residual stress in the film, the yield strengh and the strain hardening exponent of the film using these formulae.
