密炼反应体系合成淀粉基高吸水树脂的研究

摘要:本研究通过建立密炼反应新体系,将双螺杆密炼机作为具有混合搅拌及温控功能的反应釜,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、硝酸铈铵为引发剂对玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺共聚进行了研究,合成了淀粉基高吸水性树脂。同时采用FTIR、NMR和TGA等检测方法研究了淀粉基高吸水树脂的结构特征。实验结果表明,利用新的反应体系可将复杂的接枝共聚反应简单化,可成功合成具有较好使用性能的淀粉基高吸水树脂,淀粉基高吸水树脂中淀粉含量高达55%。

Study on the synthesis of starch-based superabsorbents in a mixer reactive system
Abstract:In this paper, a new method was developed to synthesis the starch-based super absorbent in a rheometer incorporating a twin-roll mixer, which has been modified to improve its sealing and feeding. In the reactor, corn stach was grafted with acrylamide then crosslinked by N,N-methylene-bisacrylamide to produce biodegradable superabsorbent polymers (SAP). To characterise each SAP, the acrylamide groups grafted onto the starch were detected by FTIR ; grafting ratio and grafting efficiency were evaluated by a gravimetric method; and graft position and the length of the grafted segment were investigated by NMR.The results showed that the new reactor system can be used to synthesize the SAP successgfully and the starch content is up to 55% in the product.
