Research on Organization Theory of Mechanical Assembly Structure

Abstract:Assembly plays an important role in manufacturing as a technology. However, assembly has its own scientific intension as an engineering technology. This paper discussed the essence of assembly and analyzed the difference of construction between top-down manner of mechanical product and bottom-up way of natural creature, then composed that the assembly structure was an organized and ordered structure, while the assembling was a process to eliminate the uncertainty of assemblages. The paper also argued that division was the reason of assembly. On this base, a concept of assembly organization and the measurement based on uncertainty of dynamic and form was proposed and assembly organizing base based on feature was constructed. Finally, organizing measurement and engineering intention of assembly was thoroughly discussed in organizing dimension of DOF, assistant assembly feature and main assembly feature.

机械装配结构的组织性理论研究
摘要:装配作为一门工程技术,在产品制造过程中一直占有举足轻重的作用,然而,装配作为一门技术,仍然具有其独特的科学内涵。本文从理论层面讨论了装配的本质,比较了机械装配产品自上而下与自然生物体自底向上的构成方式的区别,提出装配结构是一种有组织的序化结构、装配过程是对装配体不确定性和形状不确定性的量化方法,构造了基于工程特征的装配组织基,进而对装配结构进行维度划分,分别给出了自由度维度、辅装配维度、主装配维度中的组织量表达及其工程涵义。
