二维圆形颗粒堆积体中力的传递规律研究

摘要:通过改变堆积形式、边界条件、荷载种类等方法,对力在由硬币组成的二维圆形颗粒堆积体内的传递规律进行了详细的实验研究。发现:颗粒堆只受重力作用时,能形成稳定的"拱"结构,存在明显的"拱效应";当在边界推力作用下时,不管堆积形状如何,随荷载形式的变化,堆积中形成由"正三角形"构成的不同形状的稳定不动的部分,且力是沿着这些三角形的两个侧边向下传递的。分析比较实验结果,本文进一步从静力分析角度给出了这些现象和规律的初步解释。

Study On Force Transmission in 2D disk granular arrays
Abstract:We experimentally study the force transmission in some 2D granular arrays consisting of aluminium disks, under varying boundary conditions and external forces. We find the following: (1) Under gravitational force, the stable "arching structure" can be observed and the "arching effect" exists. (2)Under external forces, for every packing geometry, there are some no-displacement stable regions taking the different shapes of some equilateral triangles. In addition, we do some dimensional analyses on these results and explain them from basic static theory.
