S100A8/A9和S100A4在外阴鳞癌中表达及意义

摘要:目的 检测外阴鳞癌中S100A8/A9及S100A4的表达情况,探讨其与外阴鳞癌的关系。方法 采用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测10例外阴正常皮肤,30例外阴鳞癌中S100A8/A9及S100A4的表达情况。 结果 S100A8/A9表达于正常外阴表皮中的基底层细胞,阳性细胞的平均光密度值0.79461±2.094;而在外阴鳞癌中高表达于癌巢细胞,平均光密度值为2.5358±3.476, 与正常相比有统计学上差异 (P<0.05)。 S100A4表达于正常外阴表皮的基底层细胞,真皮层有少量间质细胞阳性表达,平均光密度值0.3020±1.672,而在外阴鳞癌中癌巢呈阴性表达或极少细胞阳性,间质细胞呈高表达,平均光密度0.5310±2.768值,与正常相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结 论 在外阴鳞癌中S100A8/A9促进肿瘤细胞增殖,S100A4促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移。

Expression and Significance of S100A8/A9 and S100A4 in Vulvar Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Abstract:Objective To detect S100A8/A9 and S100A4 proteins expression in vulva normal skin, vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and explore their relationships. Methods The expression of S100A8/A9 and S100A4 were detected in 10 normal vulvar skin, 30 vulvar squamous cell carcinomas by immunohistochemistry. Results S100A8/A9 expressed in basal cell layers of normal vulvar epidermis and in the nests of VSCC, There was significant difference between these two groups(p<0.05). S100A4 chiefly expressed in basal cell layers of normal vulvar epidermis and in the tissue among the nests of VSCC. There was significant difference between these two groups (p<0.05). Conclusions S100A8/A9 promotes tumor cell proliferation and S100A4 promotes tumor cell invasion and metastasis in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma .
