一种沥青铺面材料的阻尼测试与分析方法

摘要:本文通过对各种梁理论的分析,结合沥青混凝土的特点,首次提出了基于长梁试验的桥面铺装材料阻尼参数测试理论与方法,并讨论了试件尺寸的确定方法。 以环氧沥青混凝土为例,结合简支和悬臂两种支承方式,通过不同温度下的阻尼试验,得到了铺装材料的阻尼比。进而对比理论分析与实测结果验证试验方法的可靠性,并分析了支承方式、加载模式、温度变化等因素对铺装材料阻尼值的影响以及阻尼与模量之间的关系。结果表明常温时的实测基频与理论计算值接近;铺装的阻尼值将随着温度的升高而显著增大,模量值随温度的变化趋势正好相反,阻尼与模量两者之间没有部分学者假定的比例关系。研究结果为桥面铺装体系的动力分析提供可靠阻尼参数值。

Research on Test Method of Damping for Asphalt Pavement Concrete
Abstract:Based on beam theories and asphalt concrete properties, test and evaluation method of damping parameter for bridge deck pavement was first proposed, and the determination of the specimen dimensions was studied. Then as example, epoxy asphalt concrete was tested at different temperatures under simply supported and cantilever supporting conditions respectively. Moreover, comparison between theoretical and test results were made to verify the reliability of this proposed method. Furthermore, effects on damping ratio of the aspects such as supporting conditions, loading modes and temperature variations were analyzed. The results showed that both measured and theoretical values of basic frequency of the beam specimen match well at room temperature, the damping of the asphalt concrete increases with temperature which is opposite to the modulus variation trend, and they don't have proportional relationship. This research can provide reliable damping parameter of asphalt materials for deck pavement dynamic analysis.
