基于超声波的种层厚度检测系统设计与试验研究

摘要:为了检测振流式精密播种装置播种过程中的播种量,进而对播种量进行有效控制,提高装置的杂交稻2~5粒/穴(或取秧面积)播种合格率,设计了基于超声波传感器的种层厚度检测系统,对播种过程进行实时检测。通过检测试验以及程序线性回归校正,得出检测系统检测值与实际值的最大偏差为±0.19mm,相对误差为7.3%,满足种层厚度检测要求,为种层厚度自动控制系统的研制提供了基础。

Design of Detection System for Seed-layers Thickness and Experiment Study Based on Ultrasonic Sensor
Abstract:In order to detection seeding rate of vibration-flow precision seeder in the process of seeding, so that the seeding rate can be effectively control and sowing qualified rate of hybrid rice (2-5 grain pre point) can be improved, a detection system of seed-layers thickness based on ultrasonic sensor was been designed, which can finish real-time detection in the process of seeding. The deviation between detection value and actual value is ±0.19mm after inspection test and correction of linear regression, and relative error is 7.3%, which can meet the requirement of seed-layers thickness detection and provide a basis for automatic control system of seed-layers thickness.
