等规聚丙烯β成核剂自组装的影响因素

摘要:对于等规聚丙烯(iPP)来说,添加β成核剂是制备β晶最直接有效的方法之一。在降温过程中,β成核剂在iPP熔体结晶之前能够自组装成为具有特殊微观形貌的结构,随着温度的进一步降低这些微观结构能够诱导iPP附生结晶而形成特定形貌的晶体,进而影响iPP的宏观力学性能。而β成核剂自组装形貌会受到温度、浓度等不同因素的影响,近年来很多学者研究了不同β成核剂的自组装,观察到了新奇的微观结构。本文综述了影响β成核剂自组装的一些因素。

The factors that influence the self-assembly of β-nucleating agent for isotatic polypropylene
Abstract:Adding β nucleating agent is one of the most direct and effective methods to achieve rich β-iPP. In cooling process, β-nucleating agent may assemble into various morphologies before the crystallization of iPP melt. This will affect the properties of iPP. Different factors such as temperature and the content of β-nucleating agent will affect the self-assembly morphology of β-nucleating agent. Recently, many researchers have studied the self-assembly of different β-nucleating agents and found some novel morphologies. In this paper,the factors that affect the morphology of β-nucleating agent were reviewed in detail.
