利用动态可靠性指数分析行为形成因子的重要性

摘要:行为形成因子是人为差错发生的"土壤",消除或弱化能够产生不良影响的行为形成因子,能够降低人为差错发生概率。在设计消除或弱化措施之前,应该对行为形成因子的重要性进行排序。本文针对这一问题,借鉴多态系统中的动态可靠性指数来分析行为形成因子的重要性。动态可靠性指标包括动态确定性指标DDRI、动态集成指标DIRI和部件动态可靠性指标CDRI,其中,CDRI表示由于部件状态转移导致系统状态转移的概率。论文以此作为行为形成因子的重要性评价指标,并设计了相应的分析流程。最后,论文利用这一流程分析了CREAM方法中定义的9类行为形成因子的重要性。

Importance Measurement using Dynamic Reliability Indices
Abstract:Human error is initiated or caused by various performance shaping factors (PSFs). The negative PSFs must be removed from the context in order to mitigate the risk caused by human error. The priority of the PSFs must be given before they are removed. In the paper, the problem about the priority of the PSFs is discussed. And the conception of dynamic reliability index is utilized to quantify the importance levels of the PSFs. There are three dynamic reliability indices, which are dynamic determined reliability index (DDRI), dynamic integrated reliability index (DIRI) and component dynamic reliability index (CDRI) respectively. CDRI is the probability of the system states transition caused by one specific component states transition. It is used to measure the importance of PSF, and the process for calculating PSF's CDRI is presented. Finally, the importances of the nine PSFs defined in CREAM, also known as CPCs are measured by CDRIs.
