径向柱塞变量泵瞬时理论流量仿真研究

摘要:以RX系列比例变量径向柱塞泵为研究对象,建立了其在定转子偏心量恒定和变量过程中瞬时理论流量的数学模型。通过MATLAB-Simulink建模仿真,研究了柱塞数、定子半径等结构参数对瞬时流量的影响规律,并分析了该泵在典型变量形式下的瞬时流量特性,进而指出变量过程中流量死区的存在。针对采用比例变量径向柱塞泵作主控元件的泵控系统,该研究结果对实现系统的高精度速度和位置控制具有重要的现实意义。

Simulation research on theoretical instantaneous flow rate of the radial piston pump
Abstract:Taking the proportionally controlled RX series radial piston pump as an investigation objective, the mathematical model of theoretical instantaneous flow rate based on constant and variable eccentricity is established. Through MATLAB-Simulink modeling and simulation analysis, the influence rule of number of pistons , stator radius and other structural parameters on instantaneous flow rate is developed and the instantaneous flow rate characteristics under typical variable form are analyzed. Then, the existence of flow dead zone in process of displacement change is revealed. The study results have great practical significance to achieve high precision speed and position control for proportional radial piston pump controlling system.
