钛合金骨植入体表面改性进展

摘要:钛及其合金是常用的医用生物材料,与常用的不锈钢和钴基合金相比具有低的模量、高疲劳强度、好的成型性加工性、抗腐蚀性和良好的生物相容性等优点,但其与骨组织之间只是一种机械性的接触,无法与骨组织形成牢固的骨性结合,缺乏生物活性。表面改性技术可以保留钛及其合金原有优良性能的基础上,改善其临床效果。近年的研究工作表明使用恰当的表面处理技术可以提高钛及其合金的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性及生物相容性。本文综述了近年来生物医用钛合金表面处理的几种改性技术,并展望了钛及钛合金改性的发展趋势。

Surface modification of titanium and titanium alloy implant
Abstract:Titanium-based alloys are commonly used as biomedical materials due to their desirable properties, such as relatively low modulus, good fatigue strength, easy formability, high corrosion resistance, and excellent biocompatibility. However, these alloys lack biological activity because they can't favor the formation of a fixable combination between implants and bone tissues. Surface modification can not only keep the original good performance but also improve the clinical effect. Recent work reveals that the appropriate surface treatment techniques can improve their wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and biological properties. This paper reviews the recent progress of surface modification techiniques of Ti-based alloys, and summarizes the possible trends.
