基于XML的产品虚拟维修样机模型研究

摘要:针对大型机电装备维修性设计的需要,研究协同产品虚拟维修仿真与分析评价技术,通过构建虚拟维修环境,引入产品数字样机和保障设备工具模型,将维修设计和评价工作提前到设计阶段进行,实现产品性能与维修性的一体化设计。结合作业过程模型实现虚拟维修过程仿真,在维修过程、维修操作的演示中对装备维修性进行智能化分析和评价。研究协同虚拟维修环境下面向任务的维修样机模型与过程信息表达。针对产品协同虚拟维修仿真与评价分析的模型与信息需求,采用XML文档格式实现了模型的几何拓扑信息和产品维修信息的映射与多层次、多体结构的表达,保证在Internet上的快速传输和虚拟环境中的快速渲染要求。提出了面向全过程的维修仿真操作信息模型,实现了信息的动态跟随,保证了信息的一致性,为虚拟环境下产品维修仿真系统的研究提供了信息基础。

RFID-based anti-theft system for shopping malls
Abstract:This paper presents collaborative virtual maintenance simulation and evaluation technologies to address the requirement of large mechatronics product maintainability design. By using virtual maintenance environment, with product digital prototype and maintenance tool model, maintainability design and evaluation work can be carried out at the early product design phase. Thus the integration design of product function and maintainability can be realized. Task oriented virtual maintenance prototype model and maintenance simulation operation process information representation method is presented. Firstly, as a multi-layer, multi-body structure, XML document scheme is used to realize product geometric topology and maintenance information reflection. This method enables product model data fast transferring over Internet and fast display in VE. XML based maintenance simulation operation process information model is also discussed. This method enables dynamic following and correct of complex process information, and provide basic information support for proposed collaborative system.
