基于局部区域像素相似度的种子图像边缘检测

摘要:图像边缘是图像最基本的特征,它是灰度不连续的结果。图像边缘大幅度地减少了数据量,保留了图像重要的结构属性。边缘检测是图像分析和理解的第一步。图像的边缘信息在图像的各种变换和处理中至关重要。本文介绍了一种基于局部区域灰度比较的边缘检测算法,讨论了该算法的模板和阈值的选取方法。算法用Matlab实现。实验结果表明,该算法对噪声图像的边缘检测效果优于传统的边缘检测算法。该算法适用于含噪图像或低对比度图像的边缘检测。

Seeds Image Edge Detection Based on Local Pixels Similarity
Abstract:The image edge is the most basic feature of the image, and it is the result of gray discontinuity. The edges of the image significantly reduces the amount of data and keeps important structural properties of the image. Edge detection is the first step in image analysis and understanding. The edge information of the image is of vital importance in a variety of image transformation and processing. This paper introduces an edge detection algorithm based on local grayscale comparison.How to select a template and threshold in this algotithm are discussed. This edge detector was realized in Matlab. The experimental results show that this edge detector is superior to traditional edge detection methods on images with noise. The algorithm is suitable for edge detection in noisy images or low-contrast images.
