微型风致振动能量收集器

摘要:提出了一种基于颤振机理的微型风能收集器,采用颤振的柔性梁牵引PZT梁发生振动。通过风洞实验研究了柔性梁颤振发生的过程,分析了微型风能收集器的临界风速、颤振频率、输出电压和功率等性能。结果表明柔性梁的颤振发生在切入临界风速与切出临界风速之间,得到了临界风速的经验公式。柔性梁使得风能收集器的切入临界风速降到了6.4mos-1。安装柔性梁前后,PZT梁的输出功率从6nW提高到了1.30mW,能满足无线传感网节点等系统的供电需求。

A miniaturized wind-induced vibration energy harvester
Abstract:A fluttering-based miniaturized wind energy harvester is presented. The harvester is comprised of a PZT piezoelectric beam and a flexible beam. The flexible beam vibrates the PZT beam when flutter motion triggers. The flexible beam flutter motion was investigated with wind speed increasing in a small wind tunnel. The critical fluttering speed, frequency, output voltage and power were investigated. It's found that flutter occurs between of cut-in and cut-out critical speeds, and an empirical formula of the critical wind speed is obtained. The harvester cut-in critical wind speed is reduced to 6.4 mos-1. The output power of PZT beam without and with the flexible beam is improved from 6nW to 1.30mW which is sufficient to power a wireless sensor networks node. The output power of PZT beam without and with the flexible beam is 6nW and 1.30mW, respectively. The harvester can satisfy the power supply of a wireless sensor networks node.
