PP/TPEE共混物的结晶性能研究

摘要:采用双螺杆挤出机,制备了PP/TPEE共混体系,其中以聚丙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(PP-g-GMA)为相容剂;采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)与差示扫描量热仪(DSC)考察了共混物的结晶行为。XRD分析结果表明:TPEE与PP-g-GMA的加入改变了PP的结晶尺寸。DSC分析结果表明,纯PP与PP/TPEE共混物的结晶温度均随着降温速率的增加而减小;TPEE对PP基体链段的阻碍作用使得共混物的结晶度低于纯PP;PP-g-GMA阻碍了TPEE在PP基体中的异相成核作用,且随着PP-g-GMA含量的增大这种阻碍作用越大;随PP-g-GMA含量的增大,共混物的结晶度逐渐减小。

Research on the Crystallization Behavior of PP/TPEE Blends
Abstract:In this paper, the twin-screw extruder was used to prepare PP/TPEE blends, and PP-g-GMA was used as the compatilizer, the crystallization behavior of which was investigated by X ray diffracmeter(XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). The result of XRD showed that the addition of TPEE and PP-g-GMA changed the crystalline dimension of PP. The result of DSC showed that crystallization temperature of pure PP and PP/ TPEE blends were decreased with the increase of the cooling rate. Because of the retarding effect of TPEE toward the chain segment of PP matrix , the crystallinity of PP/ TPEE blends was lower than that of pure PP. PP-g-GMA blocked heterogeneous nucleation effect of TPEE, and the retarding effect increased with increase of the content of PP-g-GMA. As the increase of the content of PP-g-GMA, the crystallinity of the blends decreased.
