OFDMA-PON中OBI的避免和无色ONU的实现研究

摘要:在OFDMA-PON的上行传输中,不同ONU的上行信号如果采用相同波长将会产生光拍频噪声(OBI)。为了避免OBI的产生必须使上行光载波频率严格对准或者间隔足够大。不同激光器的光载波频率受温度等环境因素的影响难以严格对准,而如果采用间隔足够大的方案就会使ONU难以实现无色。在OFDMA-PON的上行传输中,OBI的存在是一个十分棘手的问题。本文针对OFDMA-PON上行传输中OBI的避免和无色ONU的实现展开详细研究,通过理论研究、公式推导结合系统仿真的方式提出解决方案。仿真结果显示,环回方案的CO-OFDMA-PON系统可以很好得抑制OBI并实现ONU的无色。

The Implementation of OBI Avoidance and Colorless ONU in OFDMA-PON System
Abstract:In uplink transmission system of OFDMA-PON, Optical Beating Interference (OBI) will be generated if ONUs adopt different wavelengths in uplink transmission. In order to avoid the generation of OBI, strict alignment or large enough interval of uplink optical carriers should be implemented. Since optical carrier frequencies of different lasers are highly dependent on environment factors such as temperature etc. which makes the strict alignment hard to achieve and colorless ONUs will be difficult to realize in scheme with large enough frequency interval. Therefore, OBI is a very critical issue in OFDMA-PON uplink transmission system. In this paper, the implementation of OBI avoidance and colorless ONU in OFDMA-PON uplink transmission system will be researched and based on the theoretical study, formula derivation together with systematically simulation, the relative solutions will be proposedl. The simulation results illustrate that CO-OFDMA-PON system with loopback scheme can achieve good performance in the implementation of OBI avoidance and colorless ONU.
