60%VO2max运动对血液TLR-4及其诱导产物的影响

摘要:目的:研究60%VO2max运动对血液TLR-4 mRNA表达和蛋白水平及其诱导产物的影响,通过对60%VO2max运动对免疫功能调节的观察,探讨运动与免疫的关系,对大众健身等方面的研究提供理论依据。方法:对10名非体育专业大学生进行60%VO2max的跑步机运动,在运动前,运动后0、1、2、24小时抽取静脉血,测定血液中白细胞表面TLR-4 mRNA表达和血清TLR-4蛋白水平,血清中NF-кB,促炎因子IL-6,TNF-α和抗炎因子IL-4的蛋白水平。结果:(1) 60%VO2max 运动后即刻的血液中白细胞表面TLR-4 mRNA表达和血清TLR-4蛋白水平下降,血清NF-кB、IL-4、TNF-α蛋白水平上升,血清IL-6蛋白水平有先升后降的趋势;除了TLR-4 mRNA表达,其他指标都在24小时后恢复运动前水平。结论:(1) 60%VO2max运动能引起白细胞表面TLR-4 mRNA表达和血清TLR-4蛋白水平的下降,血清NF-кB、TNF-α、IL-4蛋白水平的上升。(2)60%VO2max运动对有关各免疫指标的影响,在运动后24小时基本恢复到运动前状态。

Effects of 60%VO2max exercise on the expression of blood TLR-4 and its induced products
Abstract:Objective: Study the effects of 60%VO2max exercise on Toll receptor 4 mRNA expression,the serum protein level and its induced products influence, discuss the relationship between exercise and immunity,provide a theoretical help to public health and some other sport fileds. Methods: 10 non-sports major's college students were in 60%VO2max exercise,take blood before exercise and after exercise 0,1,2,24 hours from venous blood, use RT-PCR method to test the blood mononuclear cell surface expression of TLR-4 mRNA,use Elisa method to test the TLR-4 protein level in serum,serum NF-кB,pro-inflammatory factor IL-6,TNF-α and anti-inflammatory factor IL-4 protein level in serum. Results: (1) Immediately after 60%VO2max exercise, blood mononuclear cell surface TLR-4 mRNA expression and TLR-4 serum protein levels decreased, serum NF -кB, IL-4, TNF-α protein levels rise, levels of serum IL-6 protein rise first and then decreased; In addition to TLR-4mRNA expression, other indicators are return to the levels before exercise within 24 hours. Conclusion: (1) In this study,60%VO2max exercise can cause mononuclear cell surface's TLR-4 mRNA expression decreased,TLR-4 serum protein levels decreased ,serum NF-кB ,TNF-α and IL-4 protein levels increased , indicating that acute exercise affect the body's immune function.(2) Effects on 60%VO2max exercise of various immune parameters recover to the pre-exercise state within 24 hours.
