污水紫外线消毒光复活效应及其控制措施研究进展

摘要:紫外线消毒具有广谱、高效、不产生二次污染等特点,在污水处理消毒中得到广泛应用。但紫外线消毒不能提供持续的消毒能力,经紫外线消毒后出水中细菌等微生物在可见光照射条件下能够利用自身修复机制进行复活再生,从而影响污水处理厂出水水质。文章概述了紫外线消毒原理、微生物光复活机理、常见微生物光复活能力、影响光复活的因素等,综述了人们对光复活现象的防治措施,并对光复活控制技术的发展进行了展望,以期为实际中紫外线消毒工艺的应用提供理论指导。

Progress in Controlling Photoreactivation of Bacteria Inactiated by UV Disinfection
Abstract:UV disinfection has many advantages forexample broad-spectrum , efficiency and do not produce secondary pollutions. It is widely used in the disinfections of wastewater treatment. But it can't provide continuing sterilization ability after the UV disinfection. The microbial such as bacteria disinfected by UV will be able to use their repair mechanism to recovery in the condition of visible light irradiation. It can influence water quality of the effluent. In order to provide theoretical guidance in the practical application of UV disinfection tecchnology. This paper summarizes the UV-disinfection principle, the mechanism, abilitIes and influence factors of microbial photoreactivation. It also reviews and prospects the controlling measures of photoreactivation.
