生物气通入固体氧化物燃料电池化学反应研究进展

摘要:本文对以生物气为燃料的固体氧化物燃料电池化学反应进行了分析总结。在介绍生物质可进行厌氧微生物分解产出主成分甲烷和二氧化碳、设备热解或气化释放氢气和一氧化碳的生物气,以及固体氧化物燃料电池工作原理的基础上,总结两类生物气主成分、微量成分硫化氢和氨气被分别资源化时的电极反应过程。最后,概括了电池利用生物气时碳沉积和硫毒害化学过程,生物气在通入电池前和电池的阳极成分或结构改变来消除积碳和硫毒化的反应行为。

The research process of the chemical reactions of solid oxide fuel cell by biogas feeding
Abstract:The chemical reactions of the biogas-fueled Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC) have been summarized and analyzed in the paper. The main constituent of the biogas are methane and carbon dioxide, hydrogen and carbon monoxide, which could be volatilized by the anaerobic microorganisms degradation, pyrolysis or gasification of biomass respectively, and the electro-chemical mechanism of the SOFC are introduced. Based on the ingredient of the biogas and the SOFC mechanism, the electrical reactions of major and trace elements(H2S and NH3) in the biogas-fueled SOFC are compiled. At last, the chemical evolution of the biogas-fueled SOFC with carbon deposit and sulfur poisoning, and the chemical processes for eliminating them by pretreatment or the multivariate anode are listed in detail as well.
