压电式微型振动能量收集器分布参数模型

摘要:针对带质量块的压电悬臂梁结构的微型振动能量收集器,提出了一种分布参数理论模型。该模型基于欧拉-柏努利悬臂梁理论,建立了压电悬臂梁的微分方程,分析了结构的谐振频率、振型和正弦激励响应等动力学特性。结合压电方程,研究了压电式微型振动发电机的输出特性。设计了两组原理样机,测量了其阻尼比、谐振频率和开路电压等性能参数。结果表明,该模型对振动发电机谐振频率的计算误差小于3.5%,输出电压与实验结果基本一致。

Distributed Parameter Model of Micro Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvester
Abstract:A distributed parameter theoretical model was proposed for micro piezoelectric vibration energy harvester with a proof mass at free tip. Based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory, differential equation of the generator was established. The resonance frequency, vibration mode and AC excitation response of the harvester were studied theoretically. Combined with piezoelectric equation, the harvester output voltage was formulized. Two groups of piezoelectric harvester prototypes were designed and fabricated, and the damping rate, resonance frequency and open circuit voltage were measured. The results show that the resonance frequency error is less than 3.5%, and the measured output voltage is consistent with the model results.
