氟对大鼠睾丸组织P450、CREM和ACT蛋白表达的影响

摘要:[目的]研究氟对大鼠睾丸组织P450、CREM和ACT蛋白表达的影响。[方法]对48只大鼠随机进行分组,分别设为对照组和高氟组,氟中毒组用饮水染毒;并在染毒2周后取大鼠睾丸做成组织切片,再做免疫组化染色,在正置荧光显微镜及数码成像系统和图像分析软件下分析各图片的光密度值。[结果]经过分析发现氟对大鼠睾丸组织P450蛋白表达的影响主要表现在光密度值降低,氟对大鼠睾丸组织CREM和ACT蛋白表达的影响主要表现在光密度值升高。[结论]氟对大鼠睾丸组织P450、CREM和ACT蛋白表达产生影响。

Effect of Fluoride on the Expression of P450,CREM and ACT in Testis of Rats
Abstract: [Objective]To study the effect of fluoride on the rat testis P450, CREM and ACT protein expression. [Method]The 48 rats were randomly divided into the control group, respectively, and the high fluoride group, fluorine poisoning of drinking water exposure group; and check after two weeks exposure in rats caused testicular biopsy, then immunohistochemical staining, all figures are analyzed by the digital imaging fluorescence microscope and image analysis software system according to the optical density. [Results]The analysis found that fluoride on rat testicular tissue expression of P450 protein, mainly expressed in optical density values decrease, effect of fluoride on the rat testis CREM and ACT protein expression mainly in the optical density increased. [Conclusion]Fluoride can affect the expressions of P450, CREM and ACT proteins on the testis of rat.
