型孔转板式播种器刮种器的设计与试验研究

摘要:为提高型孔转板式播种器充种过程充种率,减少空穴率、重播率和损伤率,针对水稻芽种含水率高、脆性大、强度低,播种过程易损失等特点,本文设计了一种刮种器,并运用理论研究与试验相结合的手段对刮种器进行了研究,得出刷种距离为3mm,刷种轮半径40mm时,充种效果较理想。最后,通过试验对该刮种器进行了性能研究,结果表明该刮种器性能显著

Design on Pusher and ejector in Seeder of Cell - Rotary Plate
Abstract:In order to make seeder of cell - rotary plate enter the cells successfully and drop out of them by gravitation during plate moving, radius and the height of pusher and ejector of seeder of cell - rotary plateseeds should have reasonable values. Research on Pusher and ejector by the combination of theory and experiment means. when distance of brush seed is 3mm and radius of brush seed is 40mm, seeder of cell - rotary plate seeds enter the cells successfully. Finally, Performance Study on Pusher and ejector by test show Significant performance.
