摘要:太阳能光伏电池的应用技术分为两大类,即晶硅太阳能光伏电池和非晶硅薄膜太阳能光伏电池。与晶硅太阳能光伏电池相比,非晶硅薄膜太阳能光伏电池材料消耗少,工艺复杂性低,能耗和成本低。非晶硅薄膜太阳能光伏电池是光伏市场上的新秀,是最具发展潜力的新型能源技术之一。本研究运用SWOT分析方法,在对非晶硅系列薄膜太阳能光伏电池、聚合物薄膜太阳能光伏电池、有机薄膜太阳能光伏电池和染料敏化薄膜太阳能光伏电池分析的基础上,指出了非晶硅薄膜太阳能光伏电池的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,提出了发挥优势、避免劣势,抓住机遇,挑战威胁的对策建议。

This study using the SWOT analysis method, in the amorphous silicon thin film solar cells, a series of polymer thin film solar cells, organic thin film solar cells and dye sensitized film solar cells on the basis of analysis, points out that the amorphous silicon thin film solar cells strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and puts forward the advantage and avoid weaknesses, seize the opportunity, challenge threat countermeasures and Suggestions.
