几种材料的固体粒子冲蚀磨损性能研究

摘要:本文采用喷射式固体粒子冲蚀磨损试验机,对具有代表性的ZGCr13SiMo、Cr20白口铸铁、Cr26白口铸铁等三种耐磨工程材料进行了固体粒子冲蚀磨损性能研究。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、XRD等研究了材料的微观组织结构和冲蚀磨损形貌等,探讨了材料的冲蚀磨损机理。研究发现: ZGCr13SiMo、Cr20白口铸铁和Cr26白口铸铁的最大冲蚀角度都在45 左右。三种材料中,耐磨性能:Cr26白口铸铁> Cr20白口铸铁>ZGCr13SiMo。

Study on solid particle erosion wear performance of several materials
Abstract:The solid particle erosion wear performance of ZGCr13SiMo, Cr20 white cast iron and Cr26 white cast iron had been studied. The microstructure and erosive wear morphology of the materials were observed and investigated with optical microscope, SEM and XRD. The results showed that the maximum erosion angle of ZGCr13SiMoSiMo, Cr20 white cast iron and Cr26 white cast iron is about 45 . Among the three materials, the wear resistance of Cr26 white cast iron is the best, the wear resistance of Cr20 white cast iron is better than that of ZGCr13SiMo.
