大气沉降对太湖浮游植物生长的影响

摘要:2012年7月上旬采集太湖梅梁湾湖水,带回实验室分别添加营养盐、金属元素、大气颗粒物进行培养,初步研究了大气沉降物质对夏季太湖水中初级生产力的影响。结果表明,气溶胶和营养盐(NH4+, NO2-,NO3-和PO43-)均可促进太湖浮游植物的生长,其中P元素的促进作用最为显著,表明夏季水体稳定时太湖浮游植物的生长可能受P元素的限制。在金属添加实验中,与对照组相比,Fe和Mn会促进浮游植物叶绿素a含量的显著增加, Ni会抑制的叶绿素a含量的增加,Cu对浮游植物生长抑制作用更为明显。

The Impact of Atmospheric Deposition on the Phytoplankton Growth of Lake Taihu
Abstract:Incubation experiments were performed in the laboratory by adding nutrients, trace metals and aerosols into the water collected from Meiliang Bay of Lake Taihu in July of 2012, to investigate the impact of atmospheric deposition on the primary production of Tai Lake in summer. It is found that aerosols and nutrients could enhance the growth of phytoplankton and the maximum increase occurs with the P addition, which suggests that phytoplankton growth may be limited by P in Lake Taihu in summer. Significant increase of Chlorophyll a concentration is observed in the treatment with Fe and Mn additions. Ni and Cu can inhibit the growth of phytoplankton with the declined concentrations of Chlorophyll a.
