借鉴赫茨伯格理论化解农村教师的职业倦怠

摘要:农村教育一直是我国的软肋,当前农村教师缺少积极性,出现职业倦怠,这不仅降低了教师的工作热情,危害教师的身心健康,进而影响了整个教育事业的健康发展。本文通过调查农村教师的现状,从教师产生职业倦怠的社会根源、组织根源和个人根源入手,借鉴赫茨伯格(Herzberg)的双因素激励理论,从保健因素和激励因素两大方面出发,对农村教师产生的职业倦怠提出了相关的改善因素和管理建议,从而希望能化解农村教师的职业倦怠,促进教师教学的积极性,改善农村教育的发展现状。

Abstract:Rural education has always been China's soft rib, the current rural teachers lack enthusiasm, appear job burnout, not only reduces the teachers' working enthusiasm, but also harm teachers' physical and mental health, and then influence the whole education cause health development. This article through investigate the present situation of rural teachers, from the teachers' job burnout to social root , organizational roots and personal source, Reference Herzberg double factors incentive theory, based on health care factors and incentive factors of rural teachers' occupational tiredness, proposed the improvement of the related factors and management Suggestions, and hope to be able to solve the rural teacher's job burnout, to promote teachers' teaching enthusiasm, improve the rural education development present situation.
