水电开发干扰下长江上游水生态敏感性评价

摘要:长江上游地区集中了长江流域近90%的水力资源,梯级开发和河道渠化使得河流破碎化加剧、生物多样性退化严重,水电开发与水生态保护的矛盾日益突出。本文基于鱼类和生境分布、生态敏感区、水电大坝等基础数据的系统收集,首先辨识水生态敏感因素及其分布,初步构建针对水电开发的水生态敏感性评价指标体系,在此基础上进行长江上游水生态敏感性评价和分区。评价结果可为优化水电工程规划和布局、划定优先保护物种和水生态保护区等方面提供依据。

Assessment study on Aquatic Ecological Sensitivity in the upper Yangtze River with the interruption of Hydro-power Development
Abstract:Nearly 90% water power resource of the Yangtze River basin is located in the upstream area, cascade development and river channelization are resulting in the problems of habitat fragmentation and biodiversity loss, which make increasing contradictions between hydropower development and ecological protection. Based on the data of fish distribution, ecological sensitive areas and dams from different documents, firstly identify aquatic ecological sensitive factors and its distribution, secondly establish an assessment indicator system, including indicators, variables, weighed value, aggregative index and estimation scale. Thirdly make use of this system to assess aquatic ecological sensitivity in the upper Yangtze River. The results can provide the basis of optimizing layout of hydro-power engineering, designating priority species and aquatic protected zones.
