Fe的加入对CeO2催化乙苯二氧化碳脱氢反应的影响

摘要:采用水热法合成了Ce1-xFexO2(x≤0.2)固溶体催化剂,并将其应用于二氧化碳乙苯氧化脱氢反应。结合XRD、Raman、物理吸附、H2-TPR等物理、化学表征手段对催化剂结构及反应活性进行了关联。结果表明,大约20%的Fe进入CeO2晶格中形成固溶体,其余Fe则以晶体Fe2O3形式分散于固溶体表面。Ce-Fe固溶体的形成可产生更多的氧空位,对CO2具有较好的活化作用,因而二氧化碳乙苯氧化脱氢活性在经过诱导期后相对CeO2有所提高。

Promoting effect of Fe in oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene with carbon dioxide on CeO2
Abstract:Ce1-xFexO2(x≤0.2)solid solutions were prepared by a hydrothermal method and employed in oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene with carbon dioxide. Ce1-xFexO2 solid solutions were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectroscopy, N2-adsorption, and H2 temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) techniques. Results showed that Approximately 20% Fe3+ could dissolve into the ceria lattice and some Fe2O3 highly dispersed on the surface of solid solution.The formation of Ce-Fe solid solution could create more oxygen vacancies for absorbing and activating carbon dioxide, which improved the activity of oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene in carbon dioxide after induction period on Ce1-xFexO2.
