游离DNA一般特征及cfsDNA的研究现状和应用前景

摘要:游离DNA又称为胞外DNA,在人多种体液中被广泛研究并成为多种疾病无创诊断和研究的新分子标记物。近年来,游离DNA在其一般特征和生物学功能方面取得一定进展;精浆游离DNA的发现在男性特发性不育和生殖系统肿瘤诊断及研究方面展示出了良好应用前景。本文结合游离DNA一般特征、生物学功能、精浆游离DNA的研究现状及应用前景作一综述。

Characteristics of cell-free DNA and research state and applicable perspective of cell-free seminal DNA
Abstract:Cell-free DNA is also termed as extracellular DNA, which has been detected in many kinds of human body fluids and reported as promising noninvasive biomarkers for disease diagnosis and research. Recent researches discovered some progress of cell-free DNA in the area of general characteristics and biological functions. Cell-free DNA was detected in the seminal plasma, which has proposed as promising noninvasive biomarkers for the diagnosis of male idiopathic infertility and early diagnosis, treatment monitoring, prognosis of outcome in testicular germ cell tumors and prostatic cancer. This review focuses on the general characteristics and biological functions of cell-free DNA, and research state and applicable perspective of cell-free seminal DNA.
