T-SCAN III 咬合分析系统测量正常牙列咬合情况的研究

摘要:目的:使用T-Scan III咬合分析系统分析具有正常牙合关系的20-31岁年龄组健康成人在牙间交错、前伸、侧方不同牙合位咬合力分布的百分比与咬合时间特点,获取正常人咬合力量分布规律的正常值,借以指导临床种植修复调牙合。方法:使用T-Scan III咬合分析系统,测量正常人在牙尖交错位、前伸及左右侧方牙合 位咬合力量分布百分比及咬合时间,并分析其规律与特点,牙位按照FDI分类方法记录,采用spss13.0软件对所有数据进行描述性统计分析及统计差异性检验,P<0.05认为有统计学意义。 结果:正常人群咬合特点:1 牙尖交错位:左右侧磨牙所承担的牙合力百分比最大依次为26、16、27、17(FDI分类),分别是:13.32±4.34、13.55±5.37、15.72±7.13、18.70±7.50;左右侧牙合力百分比分别为46.44±6.96、53.56±6.96,左侧显著小于右侧。2 前伸牙合位:前牙区(12、11、21、22)承担牙合力百分比为85.07±25.52;牙列总受力占最大牙合力时受力百分比(Y):4.39±2.64;牙合接触时间(OT):0.51±0.28s;牙合分离时间(DT):1.18±0.69s。3 左侧侧方牙合位:Y:3.73±3.51;OT:0.56±0.42s,DT:1.60±0.96s。4 右侧侧方牙合位:Y:3.00±3.67;OT:0.46±0.28s,DT:1.86±1.14s。结论:通过半定量分析测量不同牙合位时牙合力分布,结果显示20-30岁正常牙合人群组在牙尖交错位时从第一前磨牙到第二磨牙是咬合力分布中心,第二磨牙受力最大;前伸牙合位时牙合力主要集中在前牙区(12、11、21、22),左右侧方牙合位时组牙功能牙合比例多于尖牙保护牙合。提示种植修复时,应合理分散牙合力,避免牙合力过于集中。

Normal Occlusion Study :Using T-Scan III occlusal analysis system
Abstract:Objective: Using T-Scan III occlusal analysis system to get the normal occlusal force distribution and the characteristics of the occlusion time at different occlusion position. Method: Using T-Scan III occlusal analysis system and the analysis software, measuring the occlusal force distribution and the time character of normal occlusion at the intercuspal position, the protrusion position, left and right lateral position. Collecting data, and using the SPSS for descriptive and comparative statistical analysis to obtain the corresponding results. Result: 1 Intercuspal position: The left and right side molar teeth took the most part of force percentage, followed by:13.32±4.34, 13.55±5.37, 15.72±7.13, 18.70±7.50 (26,16,27,17,FDI); The left and right sides took the respective percentages of 46.44 ± 6.96, 53.56 ± 6.96, the left side significantly less than the right side.2 Protrusion position: The anterior region (12, 11, 21, 22) commitment to take the percentage of 85.07 ± 25.52; total force of dentition accounted for the largest occlusal force percentage (Y): 4.39 ± 2.64; OT: 0.51 ± 0.28s, DT: 1.18 ± 0.69s. 3 Left lateral position: Y: 3.73±3.51, OT: 0.56±0.42s, DT: 1.60±0.96 s. 4 Right lateral position: Y: 3.00±3.67, OT: 0.46±0.28s, DT: 1.86±1.14s. Conclusion: 1. At intercuspal position the region from first premolar to second molar teeth were the occlusal force centers; the force concentrated in the anterior area (12, 11, 21, 22) at the protrusion position; at the left and right lateral position, 28.26% and 29.79% were canine guidance, 36.61% and 44.68% were the group of teeth to guide.
