铁离子对餐厨垃圾糖化液发酵产乳酸的促进作用分析

摘要:为了验证铁离子的加入能提高餐厨垃圾发酵乳酸产量,本试验组考察在餐厨垃圾糖化液中添加铁离子及未添加时乳酸的发酵情况。结果表明未添加铁离子条件下葡萄糖消耗速率较慢,在发酵72h后,其含量为4.72g/L,乳酸的最高产量为17.8g/L;添加铁离子时,葡萄糖含量下降速度较快,发酵60h后浓度约为1.97g/L,乳酸产量为27.1g/L。对酶活的研究发现,添加铁离子条件下LDH酶活性为11.31 U/mg,较未添加的酶活性提高43.3%,ADH活性的变化的趋势刚好与LDH的相反,这与乙醇含量变化规律相符。通过对代谢过程中各个指标的测定,验证了铁离子的加入可以提高餐厨垃圾产乳酸的产量。

Stimulative effect of ferricion on kitchen garbage saccharification liquid fermentation to lactic acid
Abstract:In order to verify the addition of ferricion can improve kitchen waste fermentation production of lactic acid, we examined the fermentation condition of lactic acid by adding ferricion and not adding in the kitchen garbage saccharification liquid. The results show that glucose consumption rate is slower under the condition of not adding ferricion. After 72h fermentation, glucose content was 4.72g/L, the maximum output of lactic acid 17.8g/L .However, glucose content decreased faster by adding ferricion, and the concentration of glucose was about 1.97g/L, lactic acid yield 27.1g/L after 60h. Enzyme activity study found enzyme activity of LDH is 11.31 U/mg under the condition of adding ferricion, increasing by 43.3%than which didn't. Changes of the ADH and LDH activity have opposite trends, which matches the content change rule of ethanol. Based on the determination of various indexes in the metabolic processes, it verify the addition of ferricioncan improve the kitchen waste to produce lactic acid yield.
