龙眼树枝的摩擦特性研究

摘要:在自制的木材-金属摩擦试验台上进行摩擦实验,摩擦副为用砂纸打磨的圆柱形龙眼树枝样本端面和经过精磨的45#钢摩擦盘,粗糙度分别达到10 μm和0.8 μm,用烘干法测量树枝样本的含水率。实验表明法向载荷、滑动速度和含水率等因素对摩擦系数都会产生影响,其影响趋势可以用黏着效应和木材的动态黏弹性特性进行解释,即总摩擦系数由界面黏着产生的摩擦系数和木材变形引起的滞后损失产生的摩擦系数两部分组成。

Friction characteristics of Longan Branches
Abstract:Tests are carried out on a self-designed wood-metal friction tester. During a test, one side surface of a cylindrical longan sample polished by abrasive papers is rubbed with a polished friction disk made in 45# steel. The two friction couples are respectively of surface roughness values (Ra) of 10 μm and 0.8 μm. The moisture contents are measured by drying method. The experimental results show that the normal load, the sliding speed and the moisture content influence the friction coefficient in some ways, which can be explained by adhesion effects and the dynamic viscoelastic properties of wood. In another word, the total friction coefficient consists of the friction coefficient determined by the adhesion at the sliding interface and the friction coefficient due to the hysteresis loss in deforming the wood.
