多形态DNA介导合成Au@Ag纳米颗粒

摘要:本文以G-四链体及i-motif DNA修饰的纳米金为晶种制备了Au@Ag核壳结构纳米颗粒。紫外可见光谱及电子透射电镜结果表明采用盐酸羟胺作为还原剂可以抑制Ag的同相成核而使银在纳米金表面生长。DNA的存在可有效地抑制纳米颗粒的团聚, 得到分散性良好,粒径均一,包覆均匀的核壳型纳米颗粒,从而提出了一种调控双金属纳米材料的新方法。

Polymorphic DNA-Mediated Sythnesis of Au@Ag Core-Shell Nanoparticles
Abstract:In this paper, Au@Ag core-shell nanoparticles were synthesized with G-quadruplex and i-motif DNA modified Au nanoparticles as crystal seeds. The UV-vis and TEM results show that weak reductant such as hydroxylamine hydrochloride can inhibite the homogenous nucleation of silver in solution and facilitate its growth on gold surface. DNA can inhibite the aggregation and pormote the dispersive stability and uniformity of the core-shell nanoparticles, which provides a pathway to modulate the structure of bimetalic nanomaterials.
