铁对钒/钛复合氧化物催化剂结构及性能的影响

摘要:采用改进酸催化溶胶-凝胶法制备的钒/钛复合氧化物V6T,经添加第二活性组分Fe得到Fex/V6T催化剂,用于乙苯二氧化碳氧化脱氢反应中低温催化性能研究。450 ℃反应温度下,Fe2/V6T催化剂乙苯转化率及苯乙烯选择性分别达到20.0%和98.2%,催化性能较V6T显著提高。XRD,N2吸附,H2-TPR和XPS表征分析表明,Fe的加入对催化剂物相结构、孔分布及还原性能都有所影响。Fe的添加对催化脱氢过程的促进更胜于对氧化脱氢过程的促进,对氧化脱氢过程中耦合反应过程无明显促进作用。Fe2/V6T催化剂失活主要是表面积炭及活性组分被还原引起的。

Effect of Fe on Structure and Activity of V-Doped Titanium Mixed Oxides Catalyst
Abstract:V-doped titanuium mixed oxide catalyst denoted as V6T was prepared by acid-catalyzed sol-gel method, adding Fe as the second active component and formed Fex/V6T catalyst. The catalysts were applied in the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene in the presence of carbon dioxide at 450 ℃. Compared with the V6T catalyst, the Fe2/V6T catalyst has better catalytic activity, which ethylbenzene conversion and styrene selectivity are 20.0% and 98.2%. X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption, H2 temperature-programmed reduction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were employed to investigate the structure of catalysts further. The addition of Fe could change the crystal structure, pore distribution and reduction property of V6T catalyst and the activity of dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene in the presence of carbon dioxide increased accordingly. When the Fe are added the direct catalytic dehydrogenation is enhanced more than the oxidative dehydrogenation and the reaction coupling process is not accelerated. The main causes for deactivation of the Fe2/V6T catalyst are the carbon deposit and the reduction of active species to inactive species.
