十八碳酸-3,4-四氢呋喃二酯对兔疥螨体内抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘要:目的:探讨十八碳酸-3,4-四氢呋喃二酯对兔疥螨的杀螨作用机理。方法:十八碳酸-3,4-四氢呋喃二酯用液体石蜡稀释成不同浓度(20 g/L、10 g/L、5 g/L),以液体石蜡为溶剂对照,采用浸杀方式处理虫体,测定药物作用后4 h、8 h、12 h、16 h、24 h兔疥螨虫体内过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)活性。结果显示:与对照组相比,实验组疥螨虫体的蛋白质含量均显著增高(P<0.05),且药物浓度越高对蛋白质含量影响越大;虫体内的SOD和POD活性受到显著抑制,当浓度为20 g/L时,其SOD和POD活性抑制率最高达到93.91%和80.99%,浓度为5 g/L时,其SOD和POD活性抑制率最低为47.68%和17.64%;浓度相同时,随着时间的改变,其虫体蛋白质含量呈现上升趋势,SOD活性均呈现先下降后上升趋势,而POD活性主要表现为先上升后下降似正弦曲线波动趋势。结论:十八碳酸-3,4-四氢呋喃二酯是通过影响兔疥螨虫体内SOD和POD活性,致使虫体内处于过氧化状态达到杀螨效果。

Effect of octadecanoic acid-3,4-tetrahydrofuran diester on the antioxidant enzyme activity in Sarcoptes scabiei var. cuniculi
Abstract:Objective: To study the octadecanoic acid-3,4-tetrahydrofuran diester acaricidal action mechanism on S. scabiei var. Cuniculi. Methods: the octadecanoic acid-3,4-tetrahydro- furan diester was diluted in different concentrations(20 g/L, 10 g/L, 5 g/L) with liquid paraffin, To liquid paraffin as a solvent control, Determination of drug action after 4h, 8h, 12h, 16h, 24h on the activity of Peroxidase(POD) and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) in S. scabiei var. cuniculi by a dipping method. Results: comparing with the control group, experimental group the protein content of S. scabiei var. Cuniculi were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the higher the concentration of the drug, the greater impact on the protein content. The SOD and POD activity was significant inhibition, when concentration of 20 g/L, its SOD and POD activity inhibition rate to the maximum of 93.91% and 80.99%, respectively, concentration for 5 g/L, its SOD and POD activity inhibition rate to the minimum 47.68% and 17.64%, respectively; At the same concentration, along with the change of time, the protein content showed a rising trend, SOD activity was showed a trend of falling and then rising, and POD activity was mainly showed a trend of rising and then falling similar with sine curve trend of fluctuations. Conclusion: The octadecanoic acid-3,4-tetrahydrofuran diester is by influencing the rabbit scabies mite SOD and POD activity, resulting in the oxidation state of the acaricidal activity.
